Lead Time: Orders will ship from North Carolina 10 - 12 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Fee: $39.95 for orders $1,000.00 or more, $149.95 for order $999.99 or less

Express Delivery: Rush orders and express delivery are not available for cabinets.

All cabinets must be shipped within the 48 continental United States.  Orders are shipped via common carrier trucking company. Please be aware that a tractor-trailer must be able to get to your delivery address otherwise you will need to arrange to pick up your order at the carrier's terminal or nearest location to you that the truck can access.

The trucking company will call you to schedule a delivery time. It is necessary for you to be on-site during the delivery to inspect the merchandise, refuse damaged items, and report any missing pieces. Any issues must be reported back to Accent Building Products within 2 busniess days of delivery. We cannot do anything to fix problems past 2 business days, No Exceptions.

Never leave a note saying "ok to deliver" when you are not at home. Doing so legally says that you accept the delivery as is, regardless of what condition the items are in. This leaves no recouse to file a damage claim.

Standard delivery is "curb-side". This means that you will need to have help to remove the cabinets from the back of the truck. Lift gates are available at an additional cost, please call for details when placing your order.

Accent Building Products cannot be held responsible for the cost of scheduling contractors/ installers prematurely.  To avoid unnecessary costs always ensure that your shipment has arrived in full and that all merchandise is in satisfactory condition prior to scheduling contractors / installers.
