END PANELS: 5/8"
thick, 48 lb density, industrial grade particleboard, clad with
thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior; with white
melamine on all white faced products and natural maple melamine
on all wood faced products. The ends are PVC edge-banded
on 1 side for a finished appearance blending with the exterior
of the cabinet. The ends are doweled in 6 positions with
8mm dowels and secured with superior holding adhesive. The
ends are bored for shelf adjustment. Exposed end panels
for wood faced cabinets require changing the end exterior to wood
veneer when ordering, at an additional charge. The veneer
is finished with the same staining process that is used on the
door. The interior remains melamine clad. |

1/4" thick particleboard, melamine clad on one side, white
on white lines and natural maple on wood faced products.
backs are rabbeted and glued in the sides and secured with steel
fasteners. |

impregnated on both sides, white melamine for white lines and
natural maple color for the wood faced products. PVC edge-banded

STRETCHER BRACES:
5/8" thick, 48lb. density, industrial grade particleboard
secured with 8mm dowels. Front brace is finished with white
melamine on white lines and a natural maple color melamine on
the wood faced lines. The back stretcher brace is 5/8"
thick, unfinished industrial grade particleboard. |

SHELVES:
5/8" thick, 48lb. density industrial grade particleboard;
melamine impregnated on both sides; white melamine on white lines
and a natural maple color melamine on the wood faced lines.
The front edges are PVC edge-banded for a finished appearance
to match the interior. The shelves are full depth and are
adjustable with plastic shelf supports which are included.
On cabinets 33" and wider the shelves are 3/4" thick. |

TOE KICKS:
5/8" thick, 48lb density, unfinished industrial grade particleboard
doweled into end panel. They are 4" high and recessed
1-3/4". All bases require overlay toe plates to finish. |

Natural maple wood drawers with dove-tailed construction.
5/8" thick with a 3/8" thick bottom |

HINGES:
Fully concealed and open to 120 degrees to ease access.
Spring loaded release clips permit quick removal of doors for
installation without removing the mounting screws. Hinges
are tensioned to facilitate closing and feature 6 way adjustment
capability. There is a manufacturer's lifetime warranty
on all hinges. |
