* All oversized items and All cabinet orders are delivered by a common carrier.  The carrier will call to set-up a delivery appointment for your curbside delivery.  You must be present for delivery and be able to remove your items from the back of the truck and move them into your home.  You can request a lift gate delivery in advance for an additional fee. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT PROMPTLY AND REPORT ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS TO US WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS! We can not do anything to fix problems past 2 business days, no exceptions.
