We ship only within the 48 continental United States. Sales tax collected for orders shipping to PA, MD, NJ, and WV.
* Approximate lead times. Never schedule workers until after you receive your shipment in satisfactory, usable condition. We assume no responsibility or liability for any costs involved in scheduling contractors/ installers prematurely.
**Door Headers or Pilasters over 8' must be shipped via common carrier tractor-trailer; they are too large for UPS or Fed-Ex to accept. This is a considerably more expensive way to ship merchandise, which is why we must charge the $75.00 flat fee. Unfortunately common carrier is the only option for oversized items.
*** Express delivery is not always available during peak season (April - October)
If your order has large items or quantities it may be shipped via common carrier, The trucking company will call to set-up a day for your curbside delivery. Someone must be present for delivery and be able to take your items from the back of the truck and move them into your home. Please make sure that your delivery location is accessible to full sized tractor-trailer prior to ordering.
INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY PROMPTLY AND REPORT ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS TO US WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS! We cannot correct or replace any problems or damages that are not reported to us within the 2 business day time limit. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY REASON!
