CABINET ENDS: 5/8"
thick and 48lb density industrial grade particleboard, impregnated
with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior with
white melamine on all white lines and a natural maple melamine
on all wood lines. PVC edge-banded on 3 sides for a finished
appearance matching the exterior of the cabinet. Doweled
in 5 positions with 8mm dowels at each joint and secured with
superior holding adhesive. Bored for shelf adjustment.
Exposed end panels for wood faced cabinets require changing the
end exteriors to wood veneer when ordering, at an additional charge.
The veneer is finished with the same staining process used on
the door. THe interior remains melamine. |

BACK OF CABINET:
1/2" overall thickness. Industrial grade particleboard
melamine impregnated on the inside, white for white lines and
natural maple melamine for wood faced lines. the rear exterior
is unfinished. The back fits into a groove routed into the
sides and bottom and secured with a superior holding adhesive
and steel fasteners. |

TOP & BOTTOM PANELS: 3/4"
thick industrial grade particleboard covered with a natural maple
melamine on both sides on wood faced lines and white melamine
on white lines. Both top and bottom panels are secured in
5 positions at each joint with 8mm dowels and superior holding
adhesive. PVC edge-banded to match the exterior of the cabinet.

SHELVES:
Cabinets 24" or taller in height have 5/8" industrial
grade particleboard, white melamine clad on all white lines and
natural maple colored melamine on wood product lines. PVC
edge-banded to match the interior for a finished appearance.
On cabinets 33" or wider, the shelves are 3/4" thick.
SHelves are adjustable with clear plastic shelf support included. |

HINGES:
Fully concealed and open to 120 degrees to ease access.
Spring loaded release clips permit quick removal of doors for
installation without removing the mounting screws. Hinges
are tensioned to facilitate closing and feature 6 way adjustment
capability. There is a manufacturer's lifetime warranty
on all hinges. |
