The Medium finish is very similar to our Wheat finish. It is a light stain, just a few tones above natural. Our Wheat stain had an undesirable hue when appled to oak, so we tinkered with the formula and came up with the Medium finish so that our oak cabinets would have a Wheat equivilent. As always, if you are interested in the Wheat finish we recommend ordering a sample door, it is the only way to be 100% certain that a particular finish is right for you.
