addresses since they are unable to accept drop shipments (i.e. delivery
from UPS, FedEx, and common carriers) |

You may return most
items purchased from Accent Building Products for partial refund
within 30 days from the purchase date. The following terms
will apply: |
- All returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
- All custom and/or made-to-order items
are non-returnable.
- All returns must have an RGA
number. Contact customer
service to obtain. 800-237-7470 (8am - 5pm EST).
- Returned item(s) must be in resellable condition
in the original carton.
- Returned item(s) must be received within
14 days from authorized return date.
- All returns must be shipped, freight prepaid.

/ Made-To-Order Items Are Non-Returnable:

All kitchen and bath cabinetry, all mantels and shelves, all personalized
address plaques, custom vinyl shutters, all Winworks composite shutters, custom Fypon millwork,
custom skylights, custom cupolas, and custom configured glass
or acrylic block windows and/or panels. |

encourages you to review all orders carefully. Since
many of our items are made-to-order based on your specifications
we cannot change, modify or cancel you order once in production.
We cannot accept returns for made-to-order / custom items,
as stated above. |

We make every effort
possible to ensure that you receive your order without damage, however
on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that will cause
damage during the shipment process. If the item(s) that you
purchased become damaged during shipment please document with the
freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by calling
800-237-7470.
For all common carrier deliveries you must be present to sign for your shipment. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT PROMPTLY AND REPORT ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS TO US WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS! We can not do anything to fix problems that are not reported within 2 business days, no exceptions. |

not because your funds are unavailable but because your issuing

for you to call the bank or credit card company to authorize a
transaction, or we can process your payment over several days.
You may also mail a check with your order. Simply print out
the order and mail along with your check to the address above.
We will not be able to process your order until we receive your
check and your check clears the bank. To expedite this process,
we suggest using a bank cashier's check. |
