Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or common carrier.

To avoid unnecessary costs always ensure that your shipment has arrived in full and that all merchandise is in satisfactory condition prior to scheduling contractors / installers.
* All oversized items (anything with a dimension over 96") and All cabinet orders are delivered by a common carrier. The carrier will call to set-up a delivery appointment for your curbside delivery. You must be present for delivery and be able to remove your items from the back of the truck and move them into your home. You can request a lift gate delivery in advance for an additional fee. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT PROMPTLY AND REPORT ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS TO US WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS! We can not do anything to fix problems past 2 business days, no exceptions.
